Refund Policy

How refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks work on Avocado AI.

This page summarizes our refund policy. The full, binding terms are in our Terms of Service (sections 3.5–3.8). Avocado AI is operated by Narius OÜ, an Estonian company.

Subscriptions are non-refundable

Subscriptions to Avocado AI are non-refundable except where required by applicable law, or at our sole discretion (for example, in cases of clear billing error or duplicate charge).

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or the customer billing portal linked from your invoices. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current rate, until you cancel. We send a renewal reminder email 7 days before each renewal so you have a chance to cancel before being charged.

Credits

Credits included with a subscription refresh on each billing cycle and (unless explicitly stated) do not roll over. Credits consumed by a successful generation are not refundable. If a generation fails on our side, the credits used for that generation are automatically returned to your balance.

Separately purchased credit packs follow the terms shown at the time of purchase.

EU consumers: 14-day right of withdrawal

Where EU consumer protection law grants a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services, you expressly request and consent that the Service begins immediately upon subscription and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once we begin providing the Service (in line with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive). This applies only to consumers; B2B users are not covered by these rights.

Billing disputes and chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact billing@avocadoai.co before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We aim to resolve billing issues within 5 business days.

Filing a chargeback for a charge that was authorized (including auto-renewal of a subscription you did not cancel) is a breach of our Terms. In such cases, we may suspend or terminate the account, recover the disputed amount and any chargeback fees imposed on us, and refuse future service. This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

How to request a refund

  1. Email billing@avocadoai.co from the address on your account.
  2. Include the invoice or transaction ID and the reason for your request.
  3. We'll review and respond within 5 business days.
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
